Payment can be made in person when collecting items or directly into my bank account. Details of which can be found in the ‘Checkout’ area.

Orders will be processed as soon as payment had been received.

Returns are only accepted if a spelling or date error has occurred on my behalf. If the information provided to me is incorrect then this is not considered a mistake. I will do my best to correct any errors and a replacement item will be provided.

Due to computer/tablet/phone display settings, the colours on some items may appear different e.g. silver/gold may look black.

Due to the nature of my personalised cards and frames, a photographic representation of the Card or Frame items may appear in the gallery for advertising reasons. If you do not wish for your Card or Frame items to appear in the gallery please inform me when you are ordering your item. Items that include photographs will not appear on this site.
